Hello children! Today's blog post is about home and why it comforts us. I came up with this when I was looking up random things out of boredom and the one thing that popped up first in my mind was: "I want to go home". I searched it and this popped up:
89% is a TON of anything, especially people who want to go home right now. When you think of the phrase, "I want to go home", what do you think of? I think of a child whining that they want to-well- go home. But this proves me wrong. I didn't read the whole article (I rushed to post this) but I can assume that 89% of Americans aren't children (or at least whiny ones). I feel like home comforts everyone or some higher up number of us because of our belongings there. Would you prefer an empty, dark and non-furnished room or a room with all of your possessions? I prefer the one with my stuff, partly because moving is EXHAUSTING. I need to get to the point. *sweat drops* The point is: home is so comforting to you because it has your possessions whether you prize them or not. Do you know how many people would kill for what most people have? Things we all take for granted. A bed is a luxury NOT a privilege. Heck, a house is a privilege as well. That's all for today's post!
